Search Queries
A name, case number, or other term entered into an embedded search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and returns its results. Nevada County Court Docket does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you communicate with the site operator by email, the message and reply details may be retained so the request can be answered. The message is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Nevada County Court Docket does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of Nevada County case records. Official judicial case access in Arkansas is governed principally by Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 19, while the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. §25-19-101 et seq., addresses public records generally. Those official rules govern the courts and custodians, not the visitor-data practices of this private site.
The site publishes general routing information for Search ARCourts, the Nevada County Circuit Clerk, the Nevada County State District Court Clerk, and trial courts. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and does not build consumer reports about third parties.

Information submitted through those tools is processed under the provider’s privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices. Review the provider’s terms before sending a query because Nevada County Court Docket cannot control that processing.
